After going through 3 months of rehab for rotator cuff surgery, I still did not have full range of motion and I had very little strength in my shoulder and arm. For the past several years, I have been going to the gym and working out without any particular purpose or goals. Other than minor variations, I have been the exact same strength and size over that time. My goals with hiring a personal trainer were to get a program directed toward me, to learn new exercises and renew my enthusiasm to workout. 
Scott asked me about my goals and tailored a fitness program toward them. I enjoyed performing many exercises which focused on my core, stabilizers, and multiple muscle groups.  The program has improved my strength and improved my ability to practice MMA. Scott pushed me during my workouts and held me accountable for my diet and workouts #3 and #4 each week.  I am going to continue working with Scott and hope to continue to see more improvements.
